Hi, I am desperate to get some help for my daddy. He's got Alzheimer's and if we have to wait until 2012 for rember to be available, it will be much too late for us. We need to get him on it now, before he advances any further. PLEASE, help us. How can we get him on this medication?

Why cannot this drug be given to those elderly, such as my mother who will be eighty five this year, and who might have a year's respite or so. Living with dementia is worse than death. Why do the very elderly have to wait for a study...
