Damage caused by overeating and unhealthy foods takes some time. This can lead to being over weight and dry skin or cause acne and aging.

• Fruits are very important when you want to look beautiful. You can eat cranberries, plums, strawberries and black berries and you will boost your healthy in and out. These fruits are good antioxidants and keep your cells protected from destruction.

• Your body requires foods rich in fatty acids. These can be found in fishes, canola oil, walnuts and flax seeds. This will keep your skin looking beautiful and healthy.

• Take plenty of water everyday and you look beautiful. A dehydrated skin can easily crease and this makes it important to drink water. You are recommended to drink eight glasses of water everyday and you help to remove toxins which can make your skin appear dull.

• Taking green tea will ensure that you get rid of the toxic substances in your body. This tea helps to keep cell membrane protected and reduces the chances of getting cancer. You can take instead of the regular and coffee and you will keep you body healthy in and out.

• To keep your skin properly moisturized you should use olive oil. It contains some fatty acids which keeps your skin looking soft and smooth. It contains very healthy monounsaturated fat which is healthy fat for your body.

• You should eat leafy vegetables which will help to clear acne and also repair broken skin. They also provide your body with plenty of vitamins. Vegetables are always good for your health and beauty with good eating and you should take them in plenty and you will be happy with the results.

• Avoid sugary foods in your diet. These foods are not good for your skin and make you gain weight within a short time.
