Belly off Diet - Jeff Csatari and Men's Health

Belly off Diet - I recently came across this “The Belly Off Diet!” by Jeff Csatari and the editors of Men's Health. I think this theory just hits it! The fact that We eat too much food (that's the reason why! we enjoy it so much and sometimes we are gluttons) but our portions are enormous. In 1960 the average American man weighed 166 lbs. The average woman weighed 140lbs. Today, the average man weighs 191 lbs( that's funny it's precisely my weight right now and I'm 5'9" I think I'm little overweight) woman 164lbs. The number of Americans who are obese, considered essentially thirty or more pounds overweight, has almost doubled to around 40 million Americans. That's frightning considering the facts that obesity is linked to alot of health problem. The health problems associated with obesity are numerous. Obesity is not just a cosmetic problem. People who is 30% overweight is twice as likely to die prematurely as is an average-weight person. Health problem like Heart disease and stroke, High blood pressure, Diabetes, etc... These are the main reason we need to change the way we eat and our lifestyle. Belly off Diet seems to be an interesting weight loss program that seems to make sense and work. Quote"Taking control of your portion sizes is one of the most effective ways to drastically cut out calories." that's common sense!
