Healthy Lifestyle - 30 minutes walking for exercise. You know in those days that we're living in, it's really hard to keep your mind on a regular training exercises. We're living in era where everything goes so fast; life, job, kids, house, traffic, new technology, television, computer and Internet. Our time is scheduled in seconds, 24 hours a day is not enough. Stop!!! We must stop this clock, it's running to fast! I have a life to live and need to enjoy every moment of it. In a few years we will thing, I should have stopped before! I regret that I did not understand that my life was going to fast and my health was getting poor. We have to do something now even if your in your twenties, thirties, sixties of a teenager, we must exercise a little. I'm not talking about getting this $300 membership at your local gym but more like a basic exercises that mostly everyone can do. Go take a walk in your neighborhood ( a 30 minutes walk each day will do good for your health) and Kids, teens turn off the TV or video games and go play outside. This 30 minutes fitness walking everyday will do just good for health. A clinical study shows walking or running 30 minutes a day prevents weight gain. More activity showed weight and fat loss. Also It will helps you sleep. Also researchers found that walking or 30 minutes every day lowers your odds of developing metabolic syndrome, a cluster of risk factors linked to higher risks of heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. So what's thirty minutes in your life? This 30 minutes can make the difference!
